At EVEREVE, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be returned with original tags attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or drop box; you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
